This is my traditional 17" archtop guitar. An exemplary acoustic instrument, the Vanguard has that wonderful open airiness to its voice, which so many solo players are looking for in a traditional "jazz box". The notes are full and round and the guitar offers exceptional separation; reproducing complex chords with articulation and clarity.
